Puchased a very expensive compressor from them which wasn't suitable for the purpose and they take no responsibility for their error - there are plenty more reputable companies around - keep looking!

I ordered my new Hydrovane compressor on a Friday late afternoon and it turned up first thing Tuesday. I was really impressed with the delivery / response times of customer services, the price of the product (which was very competitive) and the general way that they dealt with me. Very impressed would recommend and use again.

After been let down badly by a Hull firm i contacted Martin at Pneumatic Engineering and the next day our compressor and dryer were fully serviced efficiently and by a great engineer who went beyond the call of duty . I have used companies for servicing for the last thirty years and without a shadow of a doubt this company are the best yet. I have no problem with recommending them to anyone, fast,efficient, knowledgeable and well priced . Unfortunately 0 stars is not an option, otherwise that would be a more true reflection. Product/Compressor sold and faulty within 1 month. Repaired at our own cost as seller did not assist at all and month 3 faulty again. Again, no assistance from seller. To be avoided at all costs. A shocking and costly experience. Reply: 10.06.2021 - The history of bad customer reviews due to selling poor products and offering no warranty repairs whatsoever, and the standard apologetic reply, again, proves your reputation as a company is extremely poor. £Thousands gone to waste!

Our brand new compressor failed less than 100 hours later . Company asked us for more money to look at and advised we need £600 of parts even though it was under warranty, we purchased and installed to find the fault has worsened. Called this company and received nothing but complete nonsense and lack of responsibility despite taking almost £6000 in total from us . We are now taking legal action against them like many others , a real con of a man and company

We have used this company for over 11 years now, and have always been very happy with there service and response times. There selection of spares from stock is also second to non. I Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Martyn and his team.

Avoid this company . They do not honour any warranty. Abusive language and giggles is what you will recieve should you have any issues. Going to small court to settle our claim with a fault screw compressor sold to us as new but now confirmed used and re conditioned , avoid if you value your money.
