I have worked with Premier for a while, they are always a pleasure to deal with. They are an easy company to get on with, always giving fast service and reliable. Never had any issues, would highly recommend.

I have been working with Premier since 2014 and have always been paid on time and found them to be very professional and well organised.

Promised our firm plenty of quality reactive work, instead our opertives were met with the most rushed, cramped and dangerous working environments they had ever witnessed. Our team still completed the work yet vowed to never return to site, noting several health and safety concerns. After invoicing for the works completed, we recieved nothing but generic, non commital 'corporate' responses for months and months until they finally flatly refused to pay for the works as agreed. We've now proceeded to legal action to recover what's owed, thank god we didn't get too involved with this joke of a firm. Unless you're the HSE, stay well away from these guys.

Extremely poor customer service and response. I was promised information the following day and three weeks later no response. In that time 4 emails, 3 calls, two voicemail messages and still nothing. In my line of work professionalism and integrity is key and this company fails miserably on both counts. We have two multi million pound projects which have been taken elsewhere.
