Open for long hours

Great to see a small village garage/petrol station with attended service & friendly staff. Fuel prices on par with the nearest Shell but no doubt customer service is 100 times better here. Now rebranded to Pace from Rix.

We had a clutch replacement costing £700..A couple of days after we discovered an oil leak.They took it back in and charged us another £100 to replace a drive seal.We feel weve been ripped off and miss informed .Asked why they didnt tell us that this could happen with an old seal,and given the age of the car I would have thought that an experienced machanic would know this could happen and would have recommended a new one..We would have gladly paid for a new seal when the clutch was being replaced.Instead we had to pay for another couple of hours labour and the new seal ,aswel as not having the car for another full day.The staff we spoke to wer polite and friendly...But then with £800 plus in their till they would be.☹

I use this garage for the vehicle servicing and mot of our motorhome. Always found office staff and mechanics to be very pleasant, capable and efficient. Highly recommended.

Taken a vehicle in for an MOT test. Prompt and courteous service from the staff. Plus a free coffee whilst waiting for the test to be completed. Excellent.

Friendly staff. Shame the vehicle didn't meet my requirements as I feel I could have purchased from here with confidence!
